Naturally, everyone was interested to hear about our agreement to sell APEM Group, a deal that will deliver a 11.5x multiple on completion.
Interviews with senior management from Techex, Koto and Causeway Securities provided valuable insights into their respective sectors, with case studies bringing our value creation activities to life through areas such as strategic M&A, improved operational efficiencies and geographic expansion. It was quite enjoyable to hear all interviewees speak so positively about working in partnership with WestBridge.
