Impact Report

Our 2025 Impact Report has now been published, and we are pleased to share that ESG performance has improved across 100% of our portfolio. Notably, 55% of our companies achieved an Excellence rating, with one secured Leading status, the highest category.

At a time when ESG topics are increasingly polarised, this year’s report reaffirms our conviction that responsible business practices are not a passing trend, but a fundamental, long-term driver of sustainable value creation.

The report outlines why ESG remains central to WestBridge’s strategy and highlights some of our key achievements in 2025. It also provides a detailed overview of our responsible investment strategy, including future targets and the extensive decarbonisation initiatives underway across our portfolio.

The report features compelling case studies from APEM Group, Alpine Group, Smart CT, Koto and Techex - each demonstrating how we work in partnership to deliver meaningful, measurable progress across the full spectrum of ESG.
