APEM Group and Alpine Fire recognised at Leadership Awards
Two of our latest deals - the MBO of Smart Capital Technology and our investment in Techex – have been shortlisted in the Deal of the Year (£20m+) category, while our exit from bChannels has been shortlisted in the Deal of the Year (sub £20m) category.
We are also pleased to announce that James MacLeay and Edward Minton have both been shortlisted in the Emerging Dealmaker of the Year category, recognising their maturing as future deal leaders. We believe that they are equally deserving of the accolade.
Finally, we are one of only four firms shortlisted for Private Equity Firm of the Year.
The Thames Valley is a very important dealmaking region for WestBridge and we are delighted that the team’s hard work has been recognised this year by the local dealmaking community.
We will of course let you know how we get on when the winners are announced at a black-tie dinner in September but would like to wish all of the shortlisted parties the best of luck.
