Matt joined WestBridge in 2025 and supports the investment team across deal origination, execution, and portfolio management. Based in the London office, he works on the firm’s investment activities throughout the UK, with a particular focus on sourcing opportunities in the North East and North West regions. He currently supports the teams at Acuity Care Group and Wilcomatic.
Before joining WestBridge, Matt worked at Corbett Keeling, a M&A boutique specialising in advising founder-led and private-equity-backed businesses on capital raising, acquisitions, and divestments.
Prior to his career in corporate finance, Matt spent seven years as a professional rugby player with London Irish in the English Premiership.
Matt holds a first-class honours degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of London.
