Thomas joined WestBridge in 2024 and is a member of the investment team involved in deal origination, deal execution and portfolio management. He is based in the Manchester office with a particular focus on originating new investments in the North.
Prior to joining WestBridge, Thomas was a corporate finance Director at Dow Schofield Watts, advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He has also supported a range of private equity-backed companies on their buy and build journeys.
Thomas is a director on the board at Alpine Group and Acuity Care Group. He worked closely with APEM Group on its successful buy and build strategy, refinancing and subsequent sale to Applus+ Group.
Thomas is a chartered accountant and graduated from Lancaster University with a degree in Accountancy and Finance.
